SETVICES REGENERATION OF LPG BOTTLES

SERVICES

As a business, we conduct professional regeneration of gas cylinders, on specialized production lines designed to ensure the highest quality of our services.
In doing so, we provide maintenance services for all types of LPG gas cylinders, including periodical inspections, according to ADR regulations (6.2.1.6) and renew the paint coating with a graphic image according to the customer's specification.
       REGENERATION RANGE

  • Unloading the cylinder
  • Visual inspection of the cylinder
  • Degassing the cylinder
  • Unscrewing the fittings and airing of the cylinder
  • Cleaning the bottle by shot blasting
  • Powder coating
  • Periodic tests (legalization - if necessary)
  • Painting with the screen printing method
  • Taring, cleaning and calibration of the thread under the valve
  • Assembly of fittings
  • Cylinder loading

TECHNOLOGICAL CONDITIONS OF OUR BUSINESS

  • LINE FOR DISASSEMBLING ARMATURES AND EVACUATION OF THE REMAININGS equipped with a suction cradle, roller conveyors for transporting cylinders between devices, valve winder, openwork pallet containers for ventilation and operational transport of the cylinder.
  • SHOT BLASTING LINE FOR 11KG BOTTLES AS WELL AS MINOR consisting of two automatic rotor shot blasters, designed for cleaning gas cylinders of 11kg and minor. Shot blasting machines are equipped with 4 rotors (turbines) 5.5 kW each and an automatic storage for 30 cylinders, a ventilation system with a final filter and cleaning separators with shot glass.

Designed and made by our factory automatic line for shot blasting of gas cylinders.
This is a specially selected cleaning parameters protecting the walls of the bottles against breaking which enable to achieve the maximum results.

The coverage scheme of shot blasting and the principle of operation of the shot rotor.
  • SOCKET FOR THE WORKING OF INDUSTRIAL BOTTLES 30-33KG which are equipped with horizontal rotors shot blasting for industrial cylinders and trolleys for intraoperative transport.

  • AUTOMATIC LINE FOR POWDER PAINTINGS 11KG AND MINOR BOTTLES

AUTOMATIC LINE FOR POWDER PAINTINGS 11KG and MINOR BOTTLES consisting of a varnished spray of a suspended cylinder, automatic paint booth equipped with 6 WAGNER automatic pistols, cylinder rotator, cyclone powder recovery with final filter and 96kW gasifying polymerization furnace.

  • LINE FOR PERIODIC TESTING OF THE BOTTLES

LINE FOR PERIODICAL TESTING OF THE BOTTLES (according to PN-EN 1440) consisting of a stand in which external examination and inspection of the cylinder interior is undertaken. The identification of the cylinder takes place and the technical condition of the bottleneck is examined. The cylinder weight loss is checked, and the registration of tests and documentation is carried out on the computer station. Next there are two stations for hydraulic strength tests (6 bottles each), on which pressure tests (25 or 30 Bar) are carried out. After passing all tests, the cylinders are marked accordingly to the ADR.

  • LINE OF BOTTLE TREATMENT AND VALVE MOUNTING

LINE OF BOTTLE TREATMENT AND VALVE MOUNTING consisting of a tare station, describing and segregating the cylinder, equipped with a precise scale, two gravitational rolls, one for a large cylinder (25E) and the other for a small tenon cylinder (finished with automatic screwdrivers) with monitoring of the tightening torque and the correspondingly calibrated torque for a large (25E range 110-250 Nm) and a small spigot (17E range 90-130 Nm) in accordance with PN-EN ISO 13341.  As the cylinders have two types of valve seats so-called - a small and large spigot, differing significantly in diameter and tightening torque, the use of one valve mounting channel can cause mistakes and have serious safety implications. Due to this, we decided that it is necessary to use two valve mounting channels, separate for each type of plug in order to eliminate mistakes and ensure maximum confidence and the highest quality of this operation.
  • TECHNICAL CONDITION OF THE CONTROL SOCKET - valves removed from the bottle during the renovation process, so that they can be re-installed into the cylinders. They must be inspected in accordance with the PN-EN 14912.

  • THE HIGH-PRESSURE PLEDGING SOCKET FOR THE DRIVING FORCE OF FORKLIFT ENGINES - several years of operation of the cylinders, especially those filled with non-standard gas. This causes deposits to accumulate on the walls of the cylinder. The problem is known to mechanics who periodically clean the evaporators of the forklift engines from sediments which  block the operation of reduction mechanisms. Responding to the market needs, we have developed a technology of rinsing the interior of the bottle based on our own experience in cleaning autogas stations. It consists of three key stages as follows:

1st stage - pressure loosening of the sludge with initial rinsing and blowing
2nd stage - high-pressure rinsing (240Bar) on a specially designed and programmed device that puts the cylinders in rotation
3rd stage - vacuuming the inside of the bottle and final drying

NOTE:
Periodic rinsing of the cylinder significantly reduces the amount of deposits accumulating in the evaporators and extends the life of the membranes and control valves of the evaporators.

  • LINE FOR GASIFICATION OF THE BOTTLE AND CHECKING THE LEAKAGE OF THE BOTTLE - on request we perform gasification and leak testing of cylinders and valves.
